Exodus 12:47-49

47 (A)All the congregation of Israel shall [a]celebrate this. 48 But (B)if a sojourner sojourns with you and [b]celebrates the Passover to Yahweh, let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near to [c]celebrate it; and he shall be like a native of the land. But no uncircumcised person may eat of it. 49 [d](C)The same law shall [e]apply to the native as to the sojourner who sojourns among you.”
